Refund & Digital Product Policy

Auesomely You Magazine™ is more than a publication, it's a platform dedicated to advocacy, acceptance, and celebrating uniqueness in the autism and disability community. To maintain integrity in how we deliver our digital content, we’ve outlined the following Refund & Digital Product Policy.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of our digital publications and downloadable content, all sales are final. This includes:​

  • Digital magazine issues

  • E-books and guides

  • Downloadable materials

  • Subscriptions and online access

  • Virtual event tickets and entry

We do not offer refunds for digital purchases under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate orders

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect issue selection

  • Accessing fewer features than expected

All product pages clearly indicate the digital nature of our content, and each issue includes previews of featured stories and covers. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm their selection prior to purchasing.

Features

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Magazine features

  • Author spotlights or promotional interviews

Our team invests significant time and creativity in crafting personalized, empowering articles. If errors appear in the digital version, they will be corrected within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

❗ Please note: We are unable to fix errors once a magazine has gone to print. Corrections apply to digital formats only.

If a feature fails to submit complete information for their story, Auesomely You Magazine is not liable for dissatisfaction with the final article. Refunds will not be issued for vague or incomplete submissions.

Editorial Vision & Adjustments

All editorial decisions are made at the discretion of the Auesomely You editorial team. If a contributor is dissatisfied with the final article, our team reserves the right to maintain the editorial integrity of the issue. We strive to reflect the heart of every story, but we do not guarantee rewrites or refund requests based on creative preference.

Exceptions: Technical Issues

While our general policy is to refrain from refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, particularly due to technical errors preventing access to our content.

In these cases:

  • Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Proof of the technical issue (e.g., screenshots, access logs) may be required

  • Refunds will only be issued if a confirmed system error prevents delivery or access

Our team will make every effort to resolve legitimate issues fairly.

No Refunds or Cancellations

We do not provide refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate orders

  • Changing your mind after purchasing

  • Failure to download/access content

  • Selecting the wrong issue

We encourage you to read product descriptions thoroughly. If you're unsure, please email us at info@auesomelyyoumag.com before making your purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card provider after agreeing to our policy is a violation of our terms of service. Any customer who disputes a charge without first contacting us may be banned from future purchases and access to our community platforms.

If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase so we can review your concern.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error

  • Proven system malfunction during the purchasing process

These requests must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the transaction. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Auesomely You Magazine.

Physical Products

At this time, we are primarily a digital-first publication. However, any future physical products (such as apparel, books, or accessories) will fall under a separate return and refund policy, which will be posted and updated here once applicable.

Policy Agreement

By purchasing from Auesomely You Magazine, you agree to this Refund & Digital Product Policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms prior to purchasing.
