When God gave me the name Becoming Her Magazine, it was more than a title it was a divine assignment.

From the very beginning, I knew Becoming Her wasn’t just a magazine. It was a movement a space for women to grow, heal, and redefine who they are becoming in every season of life. Every woman has her “Becoming Her” moment that defining point when she chooses herself, steps into purpose, and decides that her story still matters.

That’s when the brand signature question was born:“What is your Becoming Her moment?”

Because every story is sacred. Every woman has a chapter where she breaks free from fear, shame, or silence and steps boldly into her next.

As the original creator and founder of Becoming Her Magazine™, this name was placed on my heart long before the world ever saw it. I was thirteen years old with a dream of creating my own women’s magazine a publication that would remind women they are not alone, that the everyday women can the face of a magazine.

Over time, I’ve learned that not every journey is fair or easy. Yes, what happened was not right but it’s a part of my story. I had to silence the noise, stop defending what God already saw, and remember that no one can take away divine purpose.

We’re not here to dwell on the past. We’re here to honor the reset — the new chapter God is writing in me and through me. This is about who I’m becoming now, outside of pain, outside of betrayal, and outside of what was taken.

Because the truth is: no one can silence what truly happened. But they also can’t silence the woman I’ve become because of it.

Becoming Her is not just a brand — it’s a reminder that we are all in process. Becoming softer. Stronger. Wiser. And more aligned with the women we were always meant to be.
