The energy was palpable. The glow? Unmatched. And the healing? Unmistakable. On August 2, 2025, the city of Atlanta transformed into a sanctuary of sisterhood, strategy, and soul work as the 11th Annual Pretty Girl Experience unfolded at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway. Hosted by the powerhouse herself, Dr. Tamarrah Tarver, this women’s empowerment conference wasn't just a gathering it was a moment!
At Auesomely You Magazine, we wanted to celebrate the women in that room and focus on Mental Health & Emotional Wellness—because the power in that space wasn’t just pretty, it was purposeful. What we witnessed was a collective commitment to healing, wholeness, and hope. The atmosphere was soaked in truth-telling and transformation.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t just another “pretty” event. From the moment doors opened at 6:30 PM, women from all walks of life entered a space dripping in intentionality. It was a call to wholeness—a beautiful blend of transparency and testimony, backed by the fierce leadership of a woman who knows what it means to press forward even when failure isn’t an option.
Dr. Tarver’s words echoed in the atmosphere:
“This isn’t cute. It’s not fluffy. It’s about real sisterhood. Real strategy. Real elevation.”

And she meant every syllable.
The Lineup That Shifted the Room
The stage was graced by an awe-inspiring lineup:
Ty Young,
Leticia M. Gardner,
Victoria Azubuike,
Joi Hunt, Esq.,
Dr. Cheyenne Bryant, and
Racquel Kristi.
…all brought their raw truth and radiant brilliance to the table. These were not surface-level panels. These were deep dives into self-worth, boundaries, purpose, faith, finances, and healing from the inside out.

One of the most unforgettable moments came from the vulnerability shared—tears weren’t just shed, they were released. Stories of survival, restoration, and elevation filled the air, reminding every woman in the room that she was not alone in her journey.
A Personal Reflection from the Floor
As the founder of Auesomely You Magazine, I arrived as a general admission guest. But something in me whispered, “Serve.” I wasn’t official press. I wasn’t booked for coverage. But I brought my camera, my mic, and my heart.

And I’m so glad I did.
Because what I saw that night was women choosing themselves again. I saw the kind of mental clarity and emotional safety that only happens when you’re surrounded by other women doing the inner work. I saw laughter. I saw release. I saw rebirth.
“This wasn’t just a conference—it was a healing ground. A divine alignment. A reminder that purpose always finds its place when you lead with intention.”
Dr. Tamarrah Tarver didn’t just create an event. She created a sacred space. A place where women could show up unfiltered, unpolished, and unbelievably powerful.

To every woman who stood in that room, you are the evidence.Healing is real. Sisterhood is real. And elevation starts with choosing you.
As we reflect on this experience through our Mental Health & Emotional Wellness lens, one truth rings louder than ever:
Healing is a collective act—and spaces like the Pretty Girl Experience are proof that when women gather in truth, transformation is inevitable.
